  • Sadly at this current time there is limited space around the beauty couch, therefore a full body massage is not possible. Please note, you also cannot book a leg massage followed by back, neck & shoulders massage (and vice versa) consecutively.

I am however able to carry out full body treatments in Crystal Chakra Therapy and Reiki.

  • For a back, neck and shoulder massage you will need to undress from the waist upwards. I recommend wearing elastic waist trousers / skirt so that I am able to massage your lower back effectively.

For Reiki, Crystal Chakra Therapy and Indian Head Massage are all undertaken fully clothed, but please wear something non-static for the Indian Head - a t-shirt works well.

    • Lower stress: The long-term effects of stress can take emotional and physical tolls. Massage therapy may relieve stress and conditions associated with it, such as tension headaches.

    • Increased Immune Function: Medical research indicates that massage therapy can help boost immune system strength by increasing the activity level of the body’s natural “killer T cells,” which fight off viruses.

    • Boost Mental Health and Wellness: Research suggests that symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression (all associated with mental health) may be directly affected by massage therapy.

    • Pain Management and Improved Range of Motion: Pain can negatively affect a person’s quality of life and impede recovery from illness or injury. Recent findings highlight the role of massage in pain management.

    • Improved Physical Fitness: Elite and recreational athletes alike can benefit from massage therapy – massage can reduce muscle tension, improve exercise performance, and prevent injuries.

    Massage can also:

    • Lower blood pressure.

    • Induce relaxation, aiding better sleep.

    • Increase blood flow to the skin, which stimulates collagen production.

    • Improve circulation, energy and alertness.

    • Reduce muscle pain.

    • Eliminate toxins.

  • In general, there are a few conditions that would prevent you from getting a massage. Of course, do not schedule an appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, covid, cold, or a skin condition that is contagious.

A massage is also unsuitable for:

    • Any recent surgeries (within 6 months).

    • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol - including prescription pain medication.

    • Neuritis

    • Diabetes

    • Blood clots or a history of thrombosis

    • Pregnancy

    • Uncontrolled hypertension

    • Cancer

    • Inflammation

    • Kidney or liver conditions

    • Vomiting and/or diarrhea

    • Broken bones

  • Additional to the online consultation, I will check through the answers you have provided and ask any additional questions that may arise.

The curtains will be closed across the bi-fold to ensure your privacy.

The back garden gate will be locked and if you prefer, the salon door will also be locked.

I will ask you to undress and lay (face down) on the massage couch under a blanket or sarong, weather depending.

I will ask your preferred pressure and check in with you during your treatment.

When your massage is over I will cover you up and leave the cabin for you to get dressed in your own time, returning with a glass of water for you.

Payment is taken before you leave. I hope that you will enjoy your experience and consider re-booking another treatment with me.
